When I joined JGW, the company had a solid reputation but a scattered online presence. Their website wasn’t mobile-friendly, navigation was inconsistent, and the overall experience left users frustrated.

When I joined JGW, the company had a solid reputation but a scattered online presence. Their website wasn’t mobile-friendly, navigation was inconsistent, and the overall experience left users frustrated.

Several pain points became immediately clear
  • Mobile design gaps: ~80% of users accessed the site via smartphones, but pages were not optimized,

  • Inconsistent design: fragmented visuals weakened brand identity and user trust,

  • Communication hurdles: team members and stakeholders across time zones caused delays and misalignments,

  • Drupal limitations: the platform restricted flexibility in design and functionality.

Together, these issues impacted usability, engagement, and conversion across JGW’s produc
